How to locate your model and serial number on my grill?
Refer to your purchase receipt or if you do not have your receipt, and Depending on the age of your grill, you will typically find Model / Serial number underneath your drip tray or if you are able to carefully pull your grill out 4-6"" from the front the right side of the grill.
How to locate your model and serial on my refrigerator unit?
It is typically on the back of the unit on a tag.
If you cannot pull your item out of your island, then do the next best thing, describe your refrigerator, Blue Display, Red Display, Display inside the door, does it have a lock on top or on the bottom?
